Refund policy


 

Our goal at My Glamour Glow is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you changed your mind, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

 

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This is simply due to sanitary reasons. If we find that the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny refunds.

Please note that we charge a 20% cancellation/restocking fee on all returned products. It's also important to note that we do not offer free returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. 

 

Starting a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us: You can contact us at info@myglamourglow.co to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item is used, damaged, missing accessories and is not in resalable condition.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. If approved:
Refund Approval: We will notify you that your refund has been approved.
Original Payment Method: The refund amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Bank/Credit Card Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@myglamourglow.co.

 

Canceling orders & Refusals

If for any reason an order is canceled before and during shipment, there will be the 20% cancellation/restocking fee and the customer must accept all responsibility for shipping the items back to us.  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 30 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must meet the same return criteria mentioned above.
